If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied. We'll do everything we can to get you to a better place.
For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you're sure it works for you.
Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Cancelling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, no problem. Log-in, click on "Me" and cancel your appointment. Or give us a call at the location you're booked at. The phone numbers are at the bottom of the site.
Canceling Within 24 Hours
Cancellations within 24 hours have a $25 fee. But we understand things come up, so just give us a call at the location your'e booked at. The phone numbers are at the bottom of the site.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so you can check in and settle in. But we know late happens sometimes. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, whether that’s fitting you in for our shorter 30 Minute Treatment, having you first in line for the next opening, or rescheduling you for another time.
